The area of the park is 12 hectares, located in the south of Semenivskyi district of Poltava region in the village of Kryva Ruda. To take care of the park and its development, the Poltava Regional Council in 2008 established a municipal institution "Recreation Center Kryvorudsky".
Currently, the dendroflora of the park is represented by more than 300 species. The collection of the arboretum preserves rare (8 species) and exotic (13) trees and shrubs. In order to account for plants and to conduct a systematic tour of the arboretum, in 2015 its territory was divided into 11 sectors with the designation of artificially created thematic corners and a tourist route.
RC "Kryvorudsky" organizes and conducts excursions, conferences, workshops, round tables, competitions, festivals, ceremonies (weddings, birthdays, etc.), environmental and environmental activities, other types of recreational activities in natural conditions in compliance with the regime of protection of natural complexes and objects.

На скільки добре ви знаєте своє село, СМТ, місто, район, область? Я вкотре переконуюся, що зовсім свої не знаю. Так ось Кріворудскій дендропарк став для мене відкриттям. Це маленька Софіївка, тільки в двох годинах їзди від мого будинку :) Це гарний парк, місцевість, центр села в якому можна не тільки подивитися на різні види дерев, кущів, рослин і композицій з них, а ще й потрапити на острів бажань або до хатинки баби яги. Тут є озеро з лебедями і в певний момент починає здаватися, що його створила царівна жаба, яка махнувши одним рукавом створила озеро, а з другого з'явилися лебеді ...
