In Oleksandrivs'k, on the corner of Turgenivs'ka and Katerynoslavs'ka streets, the manor of the entrepreneur Khazan was located.
The building was built in the late 19th century and was completed before the First World War. This building was called the house of Khazan many years after the revolution. Some old residents of the city call it that way until now.
