The wife of the famous industrialist Andreas Valman Katarina planned to arrange a kindergarten here. The 3-storeyed palace with a lot of arched windows, doors and balconies began to be built in the beginning of the 20th century and was completed after the revolution. The most interesting feature of the building is that each of its four sides looks completely original, unlike the others.
